Your mission
As the Sales Specialist - Startup Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our sales funnel by proactively engaging with high-potential German startups. Your main focus will be on outreach, lead generation, and converting inactives in our CRM, making sure we have the right startups at the right time to match them with our suite of government-funded global scaling programs. This role is ideal for a sales expert who thrives in initiating new contacts, building early-stage relationships, and qualifying leads to fuel our scaling programs.
- Drive outreach efforts, reaching out to German startups via LinkedIn, events, and other channels to generate new leads and re-engage inactive CRM accounts.
- Qualify leads based on their startup journey stage and scalability, ensuring they are aligned with our target profiles.
- Manage the initial sales process, ensuring smooth lead conversion and high-quality applications from startups that are ready for scaling support.
- Work with CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads, optimizing the process for maximum efficiency.
- Offer personalized guidance to startups, introducing them to the most suitable programs for their international growth goals.
- Contribute to refining the sales strategies and processes, focusing on increasing lead conversion efficiency.
