Your mission

You are the first point of contact for event inquiries and support throughout the entire process.
Cross-organizational management of event partnerships, trade fair appearances, and speaker engagements
Planning, implementation, and follow-up of virtual, hybrid, and live events
Acquisition and offer preparation, as well as negotiation skills with service providers
Coordination of different service providers, work processes, and team departments
Further development and optimization of our event formats
Creatively designed professional documents and presentations according to CI (MS Office)
Participant management and communication
Documentation and administrative activities
Person responsible for the event on site

Your profile

Completed training/studies in the areas of event management, tourism, business administration, culture and communication science
Several years of experience in the field of event management
Experienced in teamwork
Organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability
Customer and service orientation
Proactive team player and hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills
Openness to new tech tools and development in the event sector
Fluent knowledge of spoken and written German and English
