Your mission

The Start2 Group is searching for a Working Student to support our marketing team with social media content. This position requires an elementary understanding of entrepreneurship, a strong ability to learn, and passion for a career working with entrepreneurs and innovators.

In this position you will

Help us build our Instagram presence by planning and scheduling posts, stories, and reels to create an authentic and engaging profile.
Track basic analytics and community feedback to optimize engagement.
Collaborate with clients to generate user-generated content (UGC) and encourage them to create and share contributions.
Maintain a content library of photos, videos, and stories for future marketing use.
Engage with our audience (startups, mentors, and alumni) to foster a vibrant community around the brand.

Your profile

Approaches challenge in a proactive, innovative manner, combined with resilience and a deep passion for supporting startups and fostering global innovation
Willing to learn skills in cross-cultural communication and collaboration
Passionate about supporting global startups with expansion, scaling, and fundraising
Excellent command of written and spoken English. Ideal candidates are comfortable with conversational German in a business context.
Currently enrolled in any university, preferably in the area of business administration, entrepreneurship, or technology.
Willing to have contract length be minimum of 6 months (ideally longer)
