Your mission

1. Growth & Strategic Support

Support strategic initiatives within the Growth & Partnerships team
Conduct research and prepare concepts for new ecosystem initiatives
Bridge strategy and execution by identifying operational gaps

2. Partner Pilots & Ecosystem Experiments

Support the design and rollout of new partner pilots
Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders
Capture learnings and support scale/stop decisions

3. Benefits Gallery Ownership
(Our in-house platform connecting startups and service providers)

Manage day-to-day operations and ecosystem inbox
Review and verify startup applications
Ensure smooth benefit access and partner coordination

4. Platform & Automation Health

Monitor platform reliability and workflows (Airtable, Zapier, Slack, email)
Identify and resolve broken processes or data inconsistencies
Contribute to operational efficiency improvements

Your profile

Who We’re Looking For

3–5 years of relevant experience (startups, consulting, growth, partnerships, operations)
Currently enrolled in a Master’s or MBA program, or possessing a comparable qualification.
Comfortable with both operational execution and strategic thinking
Structured, reliable, and proactive
Interested in startup ecosystems and systems — not just individual companies
Willing to take ownership of foundational operational work

Verbindung von Strategie und Umsetzung durch Identifikation operativer Lücken

2. Partner-Piloten & Ökosystem-Experimente

Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Einführung neuer Partner-Piloten
Koordination zwischen internen Teams und externen Stakeholdern
Dokumentation von Learnings und Unterstützung bei Scale-/Stop-Entscheidungen

3. Verantwortung für die Benefits Gallery

(unsere interne Plattform zur Verbindung von Startups und Serviceanbietern)

Management des Tagesgeschäfts und des Ecosystem-Postfachs
Prüfung und Verifizierung von Startup-Bewerbungen
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Benefit-Zugangs und Partnerkoordination

4. Plattform- & Automatisierungs-Health

Überwachung der Plattform-Zuverlässigkeit und Workflows (Airtable, Zapier, Slack, E-Mail)
Identifikation und Behebung fehlerhafter Prozesse oder Dateninkonsistenzen
Beitrag zur Verbesserung der operativen Effizienz

Dein Profil

Wen wir suchen

3–5 Jahre relevante Erfahrung (Startups, Consulting, Growth, Partnerships, Operations)
Derzeit in einem Master- oder MBA-Programm eingeschrieben oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sicher im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie im strategischen Denken
Strukturiert, zuverlässig und proaktiv
Interesse an Startup-Ökosystemen und Systemen – nicht nur an einzelnen Unternehmen
Bereitschaft, Verantwortung für grundlegende operative Arbeit zu übernehmen
