Your mission

User management in a heterogeneous software landscape
Device Management (inventory, patch management, configuration)
Processing support requests (Level 1, 2 and 3 support - editing depending on knowledge level)
Participation in infrastructure projects (distribution, cloud and network technology)
Participation in development projects (security, internal applications, Interfaces)

Your profile

Analytical thinking
Good Technical understanding
Good Knowledge of MacOS
Team skills and self-initiative
Good communication skills in English
Ideally own experience in the IT field
