The Start2 Group is searching for a Senior Communications Manager to own the global narrative for our international startup growth and scaling programmes. You'll run the full communications workflow across markets, from editorial strategy and content production to performance analysis, keeping our storytelling consistent and compelling for founders, investors, and ecosystem partners worldwide.
Editorial strategy & content
Define and own the editorial narrative across our global programmes — what stories we tell, why, and how they differ by region — and bring it to life by:
- Building content calendars aligned with programme milestones and cohort launches
- Creating and publishing success stories, founder spotlights, case studies, thought leadership, and long-form content
- Owning website content and social media (LinkedIn, X, partner platforms), and overseeing video production
- Running newsletter and email campaigns end to end
Reporting
- Track engagement, reach, and content performance across all channels
- Maintain quarterly dashboards and coordinate reporting with international teams
- Turn performance data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership
Coordination & ecosystem
- Onboard regional marketing managers and serve as the central coordination point for content handoffs and timelines
- Act as the editorial quality gate, balancing regional autonomy with central brand standards
- Grow our presence in key startup ecosystems and cultivate external thought leaders (founders, investors, operators)
